There is nothing nicer than gratifying gift for your relatives and friends. The possibility of  purchasing  gift vouchers is considered as one of the basic services of our hotel.

Let us present to you the necessary details and conditions connected with purchasing and using our vouchers:

thank you for your interest in our hotel service offer. Use of the voucher, purchased by your relatives or by yourself in the SkiResort hotel Omnia, conforms to the following rules:

Services:

1. Gift voucher can be used just during the term which is marked on the coupon. In case the term to which is make out your voucher is not convenient for you, we can offer to you additional date. The additional date can be offer in case of available hotel capacity. Please, consider possible changes in advance.

2. Gift voucher can be used just for those services which are marked on the coupon. We would like to recommend you to book the services as soon as possible after receiving your gift voucher via telephone: +420 499 859 780. If you decide to use the gift voucher tightly before the expiration date, it can happens we won´t be able to offer to you some convenient term. 

3. If you obtain the gift voucher as an employee´s benefit, it conforms to the precious rules and conditions.

Validity:

4. Gift voucher has to be used up at least untill the date of validity marked on the coupon.

5. Gift voucher can be used just for hotel services. Owing to the hotel capacity we recommend to you to book those services in advance, as soon as possible after receiving your voucher, via telephone: +420 499 859 780.

6. Validity of the voucher is marked on the front side of the coupon. Gift voucher is not applicable after the highlighted date. The value of the voucher which won´t be used up is not refundable. 

7. Appropriate voucher has to include:

* Number of voucher

* Stamp of SKIRESORT HOTELS s.r.o. and signature of the person resposible for the making out of the voucher

* Valid dates
