The name Omnia already tells our guests what to expect from our high standards of service. Omnia is Latin for “everything” and our primary aim is to satisfy the wishes and expectations of our guests whether they have come to join us just to relax, to participate in sports, for health reasons or on business.
We want our guests to want to keep coming back to enjoy the exceptional atmosphere of the hotel and the surrounding picturesque spa town.

The entire hotel, its quality services and all the little details that make for the pleasant stay of our guests are assured by our high standards, which provide everything you might expect from a four-star hotel. The happiness and satisfaction of our visitors, of all ages - from our youngest guest to senior citizens - is the most prized reward for our hotel team.

We want to be the best hotel, and not just the best hotel in the Krkonoš Mountains. We also know very well that part of the recipe for success is to work with the best. That is also true of the architects and designers , of the hotel, who you can read about in the other sections.
